It’s not advisable to leave the Aquacore filled with water indefinitely. The bacterial or minerals in water might cause discolouration & odour, so changing water regularly is advised. We also recommend filling the Aquacore with ¼ cup of plain white vinegar per 1 litre of water to help water stay clear after prolonged storage periods.
If it’s filled with water and left in a position for extended period of time, the PVC material may stretch and change shape slightly. We advise to rest your Aquacore parallel to the ground when storing.

This depends upon your height and fitness level as well as the exercises you wish to use the Aquacore for. As an example, we recommend anyone new to this form of training to start on the small or medium at a lighter weight. An experienced person could use the medium and large at a slightly heavier weight. It is recommended not to fill any size more than 30% of its capacity to obtain the best results from unstable loading training.

We have gone through extensive durability testing on the Aquacore and it is suitable for dynamic functional training and Olympic lifts. It is built to last but shouldn’t be used as a slam ball/medicine ball.

You can fill the Aquacore with any tap, hose or water container where suited.

The AQUACORE is filled with water, not sand, which is vastly different. The water moves unpredictably but also responds to your movements. This is called perturbation and is one of the main benefits with this form of training.

The PTP Aquacore will let you train your full body through the instability of water flow. As you perform the exercises, the continuous flux of water inside the aqua bag will challenge your balance, forcing you to engage your core muscles to maintain control over the bag. This form of training activates your smaller stabilising muscles whilst completing all Athletic movements. You will gain stability through instability.

Unstable Load Training [ULT] involves creating an unstable training environment with external resistance such as body weight, free weights or movement of water. ULT can assist in improving balance & stability, training co-contraction, and can also improve coordination through motor learning. As you perform the exercises, the continuous flux of water inside the Aquacore will challenge your balance, forcing you to engage your core muscles to maintain control over the bag. This form of training activates your smaller stabilising muscles whilst completing all Athletic movements.

The AQUACORE can be used in all forms of training. Functional strength, balance & coordination, HIIT, mobility, rehabilitation and more. A movement guide is included in the package. Combine the AQUACORE with other PTP training products and design an all-inclusive training session.

Any manual air pump should work if it is compatible with the original foot pump valve attachment.

No, the Aquacore is not meant to be used as a medicine ball or a slam ball.

No there isn’t. The Aquacore can be used by different age groups from children up to the elderly however it is recommended that they exercise with appropriate supervision and understanding of how to use the product.
It is essential to consult a doctor before using the Aquacore if you have any underlying health issues, an existing injury, or are pregnant. Immediately stop using if experiencing pain or discomfort.

The Aquacore comes with a 12-month limited warranty. If this product has a factory defect in materials or craftsmanship, you will be offered replacement or repair services free of charge. Contact the direct retailer you purchased the Aquacore from and they will be able to assist you. The following is excluded from the 12-month limited warranty:
1. Damage caused by negligence, accidents, mishandling, unauthorised repair, dissembling or during transport.
2. Damage exceeding the cost of the device.
3. Failure to provide proof of purchase.
