In this Privacy Statement, personal data means data, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the data or opinion provided. The types of personal data collected include your name, address, email address, phone number, mailing and/or billing addresses, and credit/debit card data for the purpose of fulfilling orders. We may also collect your version of your web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, and how you interact with our website. If you provide a product review, we also collect details of your age range and gender.

Data security and storage
FSU will take reasonable steps to protect the personal data it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. The personal data is stored on secure servers if in digital format, or in locked areas if in hardcopy format. These repositories are protected in controlled facilities. In some cases, these facilities may be in Canada, Singapore, and the United States. FSU takes reasonable steps to only send your data to countries that have strong data protection laws.
FSU will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal data when it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the data may be used. Any data we do keep beyond this period will be de-identified and held on to on an anonymous basis.
