The Website has been designed to provide general information about Fitness Systems United’s products and to offer the opportunity to purchase Fitness Systems United products. While Fitness Systems United has endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information accessed via the website, Fitness Systems United Pty Ltd does not guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website.

Your purchase and your access of this website constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

ORDERS
Fitness Systems United is not responsible to the Customer for a breach of its obligation to supply the Product or for any delay in delivery, if the failure to supply or the delay in delivery, is caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of Fitness Systems United (including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, war or other hostility, national or international disaster, fire, explosion, power failure, equipment failure, strike or lockout, inability to obtain necessary supplies and any other “force majeure” occurrence).

PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices quoted in any order apply to that order only and do not apply in any other circumstances.
All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
The Product is payable at the time of the order.

RISK IN THE PRODUCT
The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the Customer on the date and at the time that the Product is removed from storage for the purpose of delivery to the Customer.

SHIPPING
If an order is placed before 2pm the order will be processed on that day Same Day Handling. Same Day Handling applies only to Business Days and is provided on a best effort basis during peak seasons including Ramadan, Black Friday Weekend, Cyber Monday and December 5th through December 28th.

Orders received after 2pm will be picked, packed and be available for pick up or Third Party Shipping, the next day (“Next Day Handling”)

Next Day Handling applies only to Business Days and is provided on a best effort basis during peak seasons including Ramadan, Black Friday Weekend, Cyber Monday and December 5th through December 28th.

We endeavour to have Orders available for pick up or Third Party Shipping at a maximum of forty eight (48) hours after being received.

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Fitness Systems United will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly, due to miss information given on your order form, or where the Customer is not available to accept the delivery.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason, you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way, you may request an exchange of opened product.
Fitness Systems United will exchange a faulty/defect product if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@ptpfit.co.uk; we may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

To make a claim, you must obtain a return authorisation number by email.
Your email must be sent within 30 days of the date recorded on the order receipt and indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty to info@ptpfit.co.uk. This will enable us to allocate you a return authorisation number & inform you here to send the product believed to be faulty.

If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, you will be charged the postage and/or handling fees.
If it is found that the product IS faulty, the product will be replaced and postage and/or handling will be paid for by Fitness Systems United.

Cancellations: Due to the order processing of the Website, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Fitness Systems United is not responsible for the reliability or continued availability of the telephone lines and/or equipment you use to access the website.
Fitness Systems United does not warrant that the Website is compatible with your computer equipment or that the website or its server are free of errors or viruses and Fitness Systems United is not liable for any damage you may suffer as a result of such destructive features.
