The only reason I did not give this a five star, is because of the spinning rubber grips. That is definitely annoying. I have yet to figure a way to fix that for myself. However everything else about this pull up bar is awesome. The different handles, and the different grips, you can do so much with this pull up bar. From close grip to wide grip to any crap you can imagine it is very very good. I would highly recommend this very muchQualityRated 5.0 on a scale of 1 to 5Easy to useRated 5.0 on a scale of 1 to 5

The design is clever and feels strong and stablr enough to use safely. The rubber grips, however, spin. That's a pretty annoying trait.
If it wasn't for that, I'd give it 5 stars.
If you use the bar to do pull-ups or dead hang for a while, the grips rotate so you lose most of your grip strength and are forced to rely on your finger strength. I suppose, if your goal was to build up the ability to resist torque with your arms at full extension, this would be a good product. If your goal, like me, is to do pull-ups and chin-ups, this will likely be a frustrating product to use.
