I like the PTP system and have bought into the power tubes and accessories but I regret purchasing the Resistance Platform System. It's okay for squats and some upper body work, but nothing you can't get by anchoring to a door or wall hook. As for things like deadlifts, RDLs, bent over rows, and the like, it's useless - the short power tubes are too long for these, even doubled around. I've tried using the long tubes with the included hooks and they don't work, either.
The box says the platform can handle resistance up to 125kg. Either I'm underestimating my bands (possible since I have to finagle them so much to make them at all useful), or that's not nearly as much as I estimate because it's flexing at half that load.
The bar and can only accomodate four hooks, which is two bands doubled around. Likewise, the soft hooks included for that purpose can only fit a couple of bands. You really can't 'hack' this system like I hoped.
