The Resistance System Mini (RSM) is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with a set of Power Handles and PTP indoor anchor, you can train anywhere at anytime.

Featuring 6 Mini PowerTubes across 3 resistance levels, the Resistance System Mini is the perfect assortment for strengthening and toning routines. Specially designed for smaller spaces and shorter ROM (Range of motion) to hit the resistance plane sooner, it is also compatible with the PTP Core Dome.

All tubes come with the build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training.

The RSM comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional resistance tube(s).
