AS WELL AS PTP POWER HANDLES AND PTP INDOOR ANCHOR IT IS PERFECT FOR A FULL BODY WORKOUT AND IT WILL IMPROVE MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE WHILST PROMOTING MUSCLE GROWTH. IT IS THE IDEAL ADDITION TO YOUR HOME GYM.

The Resistance System (RS) is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with a set of Power Handles and PTP indoor anchor, you can train anywhere at anytime. 3 different levels of resistance tube are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth.

All resistance tubes come with the build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training.

The RS comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional tube(s).
