When I first started into resistance band training, this was the first kit that I bought. It looks to be much more expensive compared to what you might find on Amazon. However, the quality is exceptional. I will actually look for products by PTP first before anything else now on. The quality of the handles, the stitching, the bands, everything is high-quality and you don't have to worry about a weak link in the system. I used this system for quite a while, and I have to say people always comment on my physique and they notice that I work out, and they are so surprised when I tell them that it is from resistance bands. I have now found myself using more of just the regular bands without the handles or the clips. And once again I bought that pack from PTP as well. I do still use a few of the items from the total resistance system, however as for the bands themselves I mainly will use just the black one and a few of the handles and the door loop. And then if I'm also working out outside, I will also use the other loops as well. The booklet is really nice because it breaks all the resistance weights down. I would highly recommend the total resistance system, especially if you're new into resistance training it comes with everything that you will need. And you can take you from very beginner to very advanced.

The PTP bands come with everything you need for a mini home gym. Purchased 2 sets of the total system and they look, feel and work like a premium product. Had one small issue with one of the bands but was even more surprised how good the customer service to addressing the issue for me. Thank you
